To facilitate the electronic collection of evaluation report data by state-subsidized companies (GSEs), Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae developed, on instruction from the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®), a unique portal for electronic submission of evaluation files. Lenders must use the UCDP to submit electronic evaluation data files that meet all GSE requirements, including the Single Assessment File (UAD), if applicable, prior to the delivery date of the mortgage to Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae. ConfidentialityFreddie Mac uses information provided by our users only for internal purposes. We will not sell your data or pass it on to third parties. You`ll find complete information on how Freddie Mac protects users` privacy while collecting data from our website in our privacy statement. I recognize that the sole purpose of this registration form is to manage access to the UCDP. I also recognize that access to the UCDP does not constitute an endorsement or authorization for transactions with Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae, nor to replace any agreement or agreement regarding authorization to do business with Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae. I confirm and guarantee that the above company intends to download notices in the UCDP on behalf of a mortgage lender or correspondent who sells mortgages to Freddie Mac and/or Fannie Mae, and I am entitled to apply for registration on behalf of the company above. Lenders are third-party entities that can download ratings on behalf of the lender in the UCDP.

Lenders must complete the UCDP lender registration process to request a UCDP account and be on the list of lender agents in the UCDP. The list of lenders allows lenders to identify and allow lenders to upload notices to the UCDP. Each lender must register with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, as the list of lending agents is common to GSEs. The registration process begins with a common registration form, common to both GSEs, which lenders submit to either Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae; Lenders are then invited to complete a new phase in order to finalize their registration with Fannie Mae.
